Mj C - $1,100/month

I am a very quiet, friendly, and easy to get along with 19 year old looking for a place to live starting at the very beginning of 2023 (I’m moving for the spring semester). I’m clean and organized, and more than willing to take on a handful of household chores to maintain shared living spaces. I plan to be in school full time (astrophysics major), with a part time job as well. I’m shy and typically keep to myself, so I wouldn’t be bringing many people over and will not be disruptive. Im a bit of a night owl, but I keep to my own room in the evenings either doing digital art or watching a tv show (with headphones), and won’t be a disturbance to anyone else in the house who may be sleeping. I’m also a hobby musician, and may be bringing my accordion or have a small keyboard to play (undecided yet). I will of course be respectful of noise levels and hours of the day that I play. I’m transgender (nonbinary, they/them pronouns) and would love to find some roommates close in age that are compatible. :)
