I am a project manager for a GC/Architecture firm. I am usually up and out of the house before 6AM to hit the gym before going to work. Precovid, I stayed busy most week nights and weekends with friends, sports, and volounteering. It has obviously slowed down quite a bit. I have an older dog who mostly sleeps throughout the day. I love all things outdoors and will take advantage of the nature preserve near my home. I am a hunter and lease land in west Texas that I visit frequently. I love all sports, especially the EPL and NFL.
As a roommate, I like to keep the common spaces clean and comfortable a space we can share. I'm not picky about sharing things and am not the guy to label all my food and paper towels. I'm up for sharing as long as it goes both ways and you don't take advantage.

I have a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that I will be renting out at least one if not two of the spare rooms. The third will stay vacant/be used as a shared space.
The home is in an established neighborhood in south Dallas and near a nature preserve, rec center, several parks, and a library. Plenty of grocery stores within 10 minutes. Near Bishop Arts and a short drive to I-35 for a quick commute to downtown Dallas.
I will provide internet and access to Youtube TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video for free. We can discuss all other utlities and decide if a flat fee or split works best for you.
I will let you choose which bedroom you prefer. The larger one has a walk-in closet and is across from the bathroom and near the main living area. The other two are in the back of the home right off the garage so will offer more privacy.
