Hello! Looking for 1-2 roommates ideally in East Harlem. Preferably a female/non-binary roommate around the same age, but anyone who is respectful would be fine with me. Looking for a September 1st move-in

A little about me
- From NYC and happy to show you around if you're new to the city
- very communicative, and would prefer to discuss both of our living preferences early on (how will we manage cleaning? will we share groceries etc.) to avoid unnecessary roommate tension
- friendly and social. I enjoy having people over and going out on the weekends
- love cooking and baking and happy to share
- love pets! especially dogs, but am allergic to cats unfortunately

Very excited to start my first year teaching in the fall, but I will be on teacher time (early ish nights and early mornings)
