Available Room for Rent

1 Room in a 4-bedroom Bushwick apartment

We're looking for someone to move into one of the bedrooms in our 4-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom in Bushwick. Close to Wilson L, Halsey J, and Myrtle-Wyckoff M. A one month deposit and 1st month rent moves you in. Rent is 700 per month (plus 3 percent increase likely in May), and utilities (Wifi, gas, and electric) come out to 80 to 100 a month. 2 male musicians in their 30's and 40's and a non-musician in his 20's (I think). We are all very nice. We need you to commit for the year starting on May 1st. The picture of the bedroom is not the particular one you'd get but they are all the same.
