Nicolas C - $1,300/month

I come from France to do a 2 years VIA in Toronto, I've travelled quite a lot in the past.
I love music and play guitar (and am planning to play often in my room so I hope you don't mind), I also write and sing rap.
I'm looking for a condo with a good gym in it as I'm also trying to keep a work-out routine (to try is the right verb...), my company site location is in the Old Toronto so I'm looking for a condo in this area or at least near the Line 1.
I play video games (Mario Kart master on Wii, The Witcher finisher, The Elder Scrolls fan and nowadays on Cyperpunk 2077), love chill evening watching series/anime (currently going through Naruto (again)) and board games (Munchkin, Abyss, D&D).
I also enjoy a lot Techno/dubstep/Hardcore parties and festivals (I'm planning to go to the Burning Man on Summer 2023 if I manage to get tickets), even though I'm no more the party animal I used to be (going out in '"commercial" club has never been my thing but I learnt in the last 3 years in spent in Belgium ahah) .
I'm looking for flatmates with whom I can share good moments and stories, I'm respectful of the common area and expect others to be the same (especially the kitchen and the bathroom if shared, I can be a lil maniac with those areas). Communication is the key in all relationships.
