Hi! I'm a 31 yo professional looking for a female roommate(s). I am open to moving into a room (and signing or not signing on to the lease) OR getting a brand new place and signing on the lease together.

I am easy going and easy to get along with. My family and friends would describe me as thoughtful, considerate and overall relaxed/chill person.

I like to keep to myself but also enjoying hanging out with roommates. I like my alone time but if there's something going on-I'll hang ;)

I have a small dog-he's 10 years old, 17 lbs. He is super sweet, well behaved, hypoallergenic, and home trained. So I am looking for a roommate(s) that is ok with having a pet in the house. He will stay in my room at all times that I am not home and I don't allow him to get on the furniture.

A quick anecdote that speaks to his indoor manners: last year I traveled with him and we stayed at an Airbnb for two weeks. Because of the nature of the trip I had to leave him in the Airbnb room while I ran errands and such. The Airbnb host was ok with him staying in the room while I was not there and everyday she would ask me if he had been there during the day because she never heard him bark or make any noises. So he truly is well behaved : )
