Available Room for Rent

Subleasing a room in a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house in Moore. $550 plus half of utilities monthly ( around $200). There is a full kitchen, laundry, nice size backyard, safe neighborhood and it is already furnished. There is a barely used bed in the room, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. I have two cats and a dog that are very friendly/ behaved. Other pets allowed at landlords discretion. Female roommate preferred. I will be the only other person living in the house. I keep the space clean and rarely have visitors. I’m looking for someone who is responsible and values communication.
