The complex features a hot tub, fully equipped gym, pool & trash valet, open space concepts, greenbelt/outdoor recreation area, mountain views, and parking. The apartment features: second story unit, large kitchen, open space concept, large windows for natural light, hardwood floors, French doors leading to a private balcony, washer/dryer, dishwasher, tons of storage space, disconnected bedrooms for optimal privacy, utilities included in rent. Cat/dog friendly. 2 dogs in home. Bedroom features of 115 square feet of spacious layout, carpeted, large windows for optimal lighting, private bathroom, and a large walk in closet. $750 rent includes electricity, internet (no cable), and all other utilities.
