Hello! I am looking for a budget-friendly shared apartment or sublet for a 47-night stay from October 23rd to December 9th.
I am looking at Long Beach, but I am completely open to adjacent areas like Signal Hill, Seal Beach, Sunset Beach, Lakewood, Cypress, Cerritos, Bellflower, and Downey or anywhere close by...

About me: I am traveling from Athens, Greece, and looking for an affordable option. My maximum budget is $600 to $700 per month (~$900–$1,100 total), ideally with utilities included. I am clean, quiet, respectful, and fully comfortable sharing an apartment or home.

What I bring to the table: I am incredibly handy! I can gladly assist around the house with home maintenance, minor repairs, painting, gardening, or general daily chores to help keep the living space in great shape during my stay.

Note: My son and daughter live right in the Naples neighborhood of Long Beach. They can easily handle phone calls, do an in-person viewing, or drop off a holding deposit on my behalf.
