I like extreme sports, hiking, biking, and I am often gone camping for weeks at a time since I have Starlink and work 100% remote. I mostly ski Vail and Breck and I go about 10-15 times per season. Always down for ski partners. I’m also an avid traveler. Going back to Thailand in February for 2 weeks! I have a 7 y/o pup named Thunder who is the bestest boy in the world. Your pets of any kind are welcome here! I'm always happy to watch them and walk them when you're away!
I don't smoke weed but don't care if you do. Don't care if you have people over either. The pool here is awesome for grilling out and entertaining guests. I have a group of people over before we go to shows but otherwise, I might have someone over twice a month or so.

If you wanna be friends and kick it outside the apartment, I'm down but if you keep to yourself that's fine too. The main thing to me is that there's no drama and I keep my peace of mind!

This is a spacious 2BR 2BA apartment (w/ personal garage!) with a warm modern feel, stainless steel appliances, a balcony, and a rooftop pool that overlooks the Denver Skyline. Your room has a closet and you have your own bathroom. I have a large detached garage right downstairs from the apartment and you get half of it! It’s a gated community nestled at the end of the culdesac near Cuernavaca Park. Instant access to large green spaces and the Platte River. There are many restaurants and breweries within walking distance (<1mi) as well as Commons Park and the Skate Park. I’ve lived here for 3 years and can’t imagine living anywhere else. All lights in the common area and both bedrooms are Hue and controlled by voice (Alexa).
