Hi, I'm a single professional female. I'm social, but busy most of the week. I occasionally have friends over for dinner on the weekend. I also have a medium size sweet Goldendoodle that does not shed at all and is hypoallergenic. As much as I love pets...and hope you do too, one is all I can handle. So I'm looking for a roommate without pets, nonsmoking unless on occasion outside. I'm very neat, the house is furnished. I will have some space in the garage. Laundry is available for you to use. I also have a pool (summer only) and a Hot tub also available to use. You would have a bathroom to yourself right across from room.

Bonus if you like to cook sometimes and share a meal, work in the yard, would not mind sometimes letting my pup out if you are home.
