I am looking for a roommate. I have a 3BR 1BH apartment in Woodbridge VA. I'm looking to lease a shared living space. It's not a basement just one of the rooms and shared space.

Utls: $75 (winter is more)
I am 26yrs old and my occupation is Social Work. I love having family and friends over and hosting get togethers. I am VERY very clean (my clean standards are high) responsible and respectful.
