Alexander O - $800/month

Hey, I am a post-graduate from Columbia University that is starting their first job as an engineer in Greensboro, NC. I am just looking to keep my head down and save money. I am not an avid drinker and would not try to invite a bunch of people over. I love going to the gym and am trying to learn how to meal prep. I do love music but I won't be loud in general. I love basketball and hiking so my goal is to not be in the house too much. I am looking for a roommate who just cleans up after themselves and doesn't leave a mess. I also want a roommate who isn't too loud but I am okay with you inviting people over and such as long as it doesn't become too much.
