The private room (2100/month) has a walk-in closet, the Liberty Statute view, and basic furniture (desk, chair, lamp, and mattress).
For the Flex room(living room with flex walls and a door), it's 1750/month. I don't really cook since I am pretty busy. You will have a door that can be locked, two big closets, also a desk and chair, a mattress, and a priceless Manhattan view.
You can choose which one you like, and I will live in the other room.
You will share the spacious bathroom with me (it has two sinks) and the fully furnished kitchen (dishwasher, huge oven, an island, and filtered ice water).
