I like spending time at home with Ranger (10 yr old soft coated wheaten terrier) watching TV, reading, painting, playing guitar, or working. I love playing and watching sports, taking day trips out of town, and just spending time with friends in the city.

The smaller room is $1500
The larger room is $1700
He rented both to have a bedroom and office and if you would like both rooms, it would be $3000 a month (you would end up with 2 rooms and your own bathroom).
Steps away from walking/hiking trails in the Presdio. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The house is located on the marina side, walking distance to Starbucks, Crissy Field, Palace of Fine Arts, YMCA, climbing gym, Tunnel Tops park, etc. Restaurants and shopping are close by at Cow Hollow (5 mins) or North Beach and the Haight (10 mins).
