Looking for a early 30s female roommate with a steady 9-5 job. You are a working professional, and you don't bring the party home. You are respectful, kind, responsible, and pay rent on time. Please do not constantly have overnight guests, and I will do the same. Common area should be kept clean and tidy. We don't have to be best friends, but I'd like to find someone who I can have a glass of wine with at the apartment and catch up about our days.

About the Apartment

2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, spacious duplex with spiral staircase. Marble faux fireplace, floor to ceiling windows, tons of natural light, facing 80th street. Laundry in building or laundromat across the street. Right off of 2nd avenue and close to great restaurants, bars, coffee shops (local and Starbucks), cafes, Duane Reade, Rite Aid, Pick A Bagel, and other local shops. This room comes furnished with a bed if you need it.

Trains: Q train 3 blocks, 6 train 7 blocks, M79 1 block, M15 LCL & SBS 1 block

About Me

I'm a young female professional in her early 30s. I work as a product designer for a tech startup and live the 9-5 grind. After work I like to go to yoga or some sort of workout, get dinner with friends, or attend an event. I prefer to meet friends out and keep home a quiet oasis to return to. I visit my family a lot on weekends, but when I'm here I try to be out and about. I'm 420 friendly but you don't have to be.
