We will have a room opening up here in our house in April...if you know are a girl, or know a girl that might be a good fit here we would love meet them! Located in Tarzana - a mile off Tampa Exit...near the 101/405 intersection. Quiet neighborhood, super clean, no parking signs, no street cleaning....meaning NO PARKING TICKETS EVER...its amazing. haha.
We will have 2 options - FLAT RATE! ALL EXPENSES INCLUDED!! (rent, water, trash, electric, gas, high speed internet, and laundry in the house)-- Either a smaller room for $900/month (shared bathroom)...or the large master suite upstairs for $1,250 (this one includes a private bathroom, walk-in closet, and is the only room on the second floor...400sq ft of private space)....
Small deposit needed...interview...references...all that good stuff is the norm. 🙂
