Charlotte D - $1,500/month

Hey everyone! My name's Charlotte and I'm searching for one or two roomates to hop on a lease with me staring February 15 or March 1st. I'm looking to live somewhere in Brooklyn, preferably Williamsburg, Bushwick, or Bed Stuy. My budget is $1250-1500/month but obviously the cheaper the better!

A little bit about me: I'm 22 years old and I work full-time in the restaurant industry. I have 2 lovely cats with very big personalities so I'm hoping to find roommates who I can trust to look after them while I'm at work and who are very comfortable living with animals. In my free time I like to watch movies, hang out with friends, play chess, and listen to music. I don't go out much but when I do I don't like to bring the party home and would appreciate it if you don't either. That being said, I do like to host the occasional get together and would love to find roommates that are down to chill, have a few beers, and play games with us! I do spend a good amount of time with my boyfriend, he has his own apartment so we would mostly hang out there but I would like him to be able to sleepover my place a few nights out of the week so a roommate/roommates that are cool with overnight guests is a must - I'm totally cool with you having overnight guests as well! I like to keep my space clean and organized but I wouldn't describe myself as a clean freak. I know that life gets crazy and we're all super busy so there might be times when there's dishes sitting in the sink for a few days lol. I do enjoy having alone time to unwind, especially after a long day of work so I'm hoping to find people that will be understanding of that - I also understand your need/want to be alone and will always respect your privacy and space :) At the end of the day, I just want everyone to feel like our apartment is somewhere that feels like home and where we can all be completely ourselves and comfortable :) I'm also 4/20 friendly and open to living with males or females!
