Currently living here with two of my other friends. They will be moving out in December when our lease expires and I am looking to renew the lease with one other person, possibly two.
Total rent (not including utilities) is ~1850/month. That would be split 2 or 3 ways. I will have the master bedroom so I will pay a bit more more.
I will be available to show you the house in-person if we set up a time and we can talk about what will be included and what you will need (as far as furniture etc.). You will only need to bring bedroom furniture at a minimum, but if you have more you'd like to bring (living room, TV etc.) we can discuss that.
The house is very clean, in a great location.
