I’m in search of a Male roommate to share my new home 3 Beds and 2.5 Bath. Only person living in the house is just me and my dog. The rent is $1000 (Utilities Included), $500 deposit. **A Little About Me:** I work as a Program Analyst. I'm a low-key person—no drugs here; I maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for substance use. Last, I'm a USAF Veteran. I also have a friendly Husky who loves to be featured in pictures!

**About the Home:** The house is located near 128th & Quebec in a quiet neighborhood, offering easy access to E-470, I-75, I-85, and DIA. It takes me about 15-20 minutes to reach downtown via I-76. There’s a recreation center just a mile away, and if you enjoy fitness, there’s a Life Time Fitness about 15 minutes from home. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the numerous courses nearby, including Top Golf, which isn’t too far away.

**About the room** The room is spacious and can be furnished or left unfurnished according to your preference. The bathroom is located next to your room on the second floor and is semi-private. I mention this because I have my own master bathroom, and guests use a half bathroom located downstairs. Additionally, I have a three-car garage, so you will have your own parking spot in the garage.
