In this incredible house you will have your own private room with a beautiful view, a private balcony, and a private full bathroom!

We are a married couple in our 30s, both working in videogames.

We have a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances (including dishwasher and microwave).

Our living room is ENORMOUS with an epic fireplace, a gorgeous view, and a TV with all the streaming services.

A relaxing backyard with ELEVEN fruit trees and space for gardening.

The house is located in an extremely safe area with plenty of street parking. 5 minutes away from downtown Alhambra, 15 minutes from downtown LA and Pasadena.

Come live the good life! But please no pets, children, or extra people living with you. You may have guests up to 3 or 4 nights a week, and we will follow the same rule.

We prefer someone who does not work at home, but if you are a cool, respectful person, we're happy to talk!

Please note two little bunnies live here also.
