Den is basically the size of a second bedroom.

Bathroom, living room, kitchen (no dishwasher) will be shared with me.
Laundry room is a coin laundry in the building, shared by the other tenants

within 10 min walk to:
- long branch go station
- no frills
- two dollaramas
- long branch public library
- starbucks (if this is up your alley)
- bus stop that takes you to Kipling/Islington station

~30 min bus ride to:
- sherway mall
- walmart
- costco
- ikea

furniture available for sale in the den:
- closet organizers
- clear box
- bed frame (full)
- full mattress from amazon (has some ink stains)

Bed frame+mattress: $500

closet furniture (organizers + box): $70 or free if you get the bed+mattress
