My home is a three bedroom, two bath, two car garage. That I built out when I moved in here. I live in a community with an HOA that takes care of the maintenance for the lawn, trees, pool,and park. This is a safe community., very well kept up & twice a year our community has a block party at the pool. It’s a great way for everyone to catch up as everyone is usually busy working, We all look out for each other in our community, which is great. I have to say I literally have the best neighbors anyone could ask for.

If you are seeking to live in a community with all working professionals and no drama, this would be the home for you. This is not just a room for rent. This would be a housemate situation where you have your own privacy 400 square-foot room or you can pick one of the other rooms in the garage that is all built out you can have a 400 square-foot room with couch, loveseat, chair, ottoman, and a bed. You can also choose to bring your own bed or buy your own bed. I do have a second room if you choose for smaller room. You can decide yourself.
