I would consider myself to be a considerate roommate who wants a clean shared space. I love all things creative and would love to have small gatherings every now and then. I would love an apartment with open windows, preferably with laundry nearby or in the home, and a solid kitchen. Ideally, I would love to be friends with my roommate. I would love to make fun memories and create a homey atmosphere. I would love to live near school, preferably in Gramercy, Flatiron, the West Village, SoHo, or Chelsea.
