I have a room available for a young female professional in a beautiful, spacious 2-bedroom condo on King St. West available for August 1st. I'm looking for someone who is clean, quiet, and does not work from home. I do work from home, but I'm gone about half the time as I travel for work and have a place in the US. Rent is between $1500-$1700 (negotiable based on whether you'd prefer the master or the second bedroom) plus utilities (hydro and internet).
