Hello,

I am a professional arts professor and photographer and I am looking for a roommate to sublet spare, unfurnished, double room in Gresham Park home. I have a cat and a part -time dog and am a single, female, and enjoy cooking, gardening, craft projects, and progressive politics.

Ideal candidate would be easy going, responsible, gainfully employed, self sufficient and enjoy a calm and relaxed home environment.

Fully vaccinated pets are welcome as long as they get along with other animals and are cared for responsibly. There is a $30/ month pet fee.

Amenities include; large closet and extra hallway closet, Laundry onsite, fenced in back yard with large patio, shared bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. There is a shared bathroom adjacent to the double room which I only use to shower and excess the linen cupboard.

Costs:

short term sublet with a minimum of 3 months = $850 / month long term - One year - signed lease agreement after trial period = $750 / month

Internet = $40 / month
Renter's insurance = $9 / month
Utilities = vary by season between $65 - $120 / month

Require references, proof of employment, First and last months rent + half/ month rent for security deposit.
