Hello, I have a bedroom + shared bathroom in my home on the first floor for the discounted price $650 a month if you move in in July 2024 with all utilities included (the standard price is $690). Furnished: Reach-in Closet, Twin bed, desk, and sofa.

The room has a smart lock with your own personal code, home security system, washer and dryer, and parking space on the driveway. You will be sharing the common areas and bathroom. Marta bus 189 is on the corner. Must complete a background check and show proof of income/ employment. All utilities are covered, including electricity, water, gas, and high speed wifi. To move-in: One month rent + Security deposit (refundable) Application fee and the tour $0

I expect you to be courteous, thoughtful, and respectful to the other housemates and the community. We have laundry rules; we split garbage duties and help one another.
