This room is available in a 3BR apartment in East Village starting October 1. The apartment is just blocks from Whole Foods, Marshall’s, Trader Joe’s, Target and Essex Street Market, 3 blocks from the F train, and ten minute walk from J/M/Z. It’s a great location close to everything and next to the best bars and restaurants in the East village/LES!

Apartment has in unit washer/dryer and a dishwasher. Looking for roommate who is clean, quiet and respectful of the entire space. I am in my mid 20’s and I would love to find someone who is chill/can have a bachelor viewing wine night sometimes but also will not bring the party home. Rent is $1230 a month plus utilities/WiFi ~$50 a month. Room is furnished with queen bed, dresser, and desk.
