Relocating to Denver from California. Will be new to the area, so I'd prefer something month-to-month, but will consider subletting or even a 3-6 month lease. I also have a border collie named Otis. He's an incredibly well-mannered, sweet dog... who I also take to the park everyday (so I hope to live close to one)! I myself will be starting a new career and possibly working in a restaurant as a 2nd job to start. I not only like the second income, but it's a great way to network and learn a new area. At home, I am more to myself. However, I do believe in good communication, respecting the cleanliness of shared spaces, and certainly being respective of roommates, especially during sleeping hours. A large part in choosing Denver is to engage more in hiking, camping, fly fishing, and just getting lost in nature altogether. I also cannot wait to check on the food/bar scene. Live music back in my life will be awesome. And Red Rocks will be a must as soon as it's a thing again. Anything else, just ask.
