Hey!

I am looking to move into a new apartment when my lease ends at the beginning of February 2021. My current roommate is moving to California which is prompting the move and it’s a great opportunity to check out other places on the market (currently in Murray Hill).

On the weekdays, I work 8-7 and my job is currently split between in-office and WFH (fully WFH during the holiday time). If this were normal times, I would go to the gym most days after work with the occasional happy hour, but now it’s mostly virtual workouts and wine nights. I am still down to explore the city on weekends and eat outside in the snow with heat lamps given our options. Laundry in the building is the only must have amenity, but ideally looking for a luxury building, a high floor and windows. I'll keep the place clean and will always be respectful. I’d also prefer to be friends with my roommate!
