Hello, I’m a single young at heart female who needs to rent a room/space in a house or townhouse in or around Dallas/Cedar Hill area. I need month to month because I will be relocating to FL sometime next Spring 2022. My dog is small and does not shed nor does he chew on things and has never had an accident inside. I have clothes and personal items so I need a furnished bedroom and a large closet. I’m a part time nanny for a family in Oak Cliff. Ideally I’d like to be 30 minutes from them. I’m happy to clean and help out around the house.
