North Park - 1 Room in a 3br2b house

One room available in a 3 bedroom 2 bath house in north park.

The house is walking distance to everything in north park but far enough away to be on a quiet street. We are looking for someone to move in April 1st.

- Rent includes electricity, water and gas. The only other expense is internet.
- Shared bathroom with one other person.
- $800 security deposit required before moving in.
- Walking distance to pretty much everything in North Park.
- 5 minute drive to downtown
- 2 fire places. one indoor and one outdoor

The House:
It's a decent size house with parking in the back (rare for NorthPark). We have 2 fireplaces, a grill, dartboard and an outdoor firepit. The room is 10x10 with a good amount of storage, a ceiling fan and a window. The living room is very large and where we usually hangout. There is also a back den area where the fireplace is. We also have a shed outside incase you need more storage.

Who we are:
We are 2 guys late 20's who work full time during the week. We are both active and have good social lives. We both have professional jobs and work Monday-Friday. We aren't super clean freaks but like to live in a well maintained house and hope you do as well.

Who you are:
Around the same age range and have a full time job. Like to hangout with your roommates and are social.
