Whole Living room for rent .

I live off of Troy & S. East street. 3 mins from Garfield park. Im a 31 year old male . $520 flat rate … covers all utilities, Wi-Fi included . I’ve had a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment here for about a little over a year an havnt done much at all in my living room besides use it for a storage unit for my work equipment. (Which I will move once a tenant is found) Im looking for a roommate who would be interested in having the living room to themselves . I ask for whoever is interested in this post , do not do drugs , do not be dirty (clean up afterwards please), & be respectful. I do owe a 1 year old puppy who is completely potty trained as well.
