We are desperately looking for a roommate to move in. We are 20-25 minutes from Center City Philly! We are in a private apartment complex with many great facilities (gym, pool, spa, food options). Rent is 550 a month including utilities, 468 without utilities. Our space is huge with a nice view of the Philadelphia skyline, and a spacious balcony. It is fully furnished down to every fork & spoon that you are able to utilize freely!
