Very nice 4 bedroom house - your “wing” would include 2 bedrooms (one for a living room/ office) private bathroom, bedroom with closet and an area now that I call the meditation area inbetween the two bedrooms. Basically an entire in law suite for you to have space, and live comfortably.

Large shared kitchen; dining room and laundry area. Private garage and entrance for you.

I have a dog and cat so please be pet friendly but my cat is picky so not able to have more pets.

Landlord will do all necessary vetting - credit, rental history, income verification etc. 5 mins to FIT but in a nice area. Your half is $1250 plus half of all utilities (water, gas, electricity, bi weekly cleaning).
