I'm Katie, and I’m 27yrs old. I’m a fashion designer, and I’m looking to spend $1300-1400/mo. I’ve been living in Hamilton Heights for the past two years (overall 4 years in NYC), but I'm looking to move further down in Manhattan, but I'm very open to different areas.

I'm looking for someone that I can be roommates and friends with! I love animals and would really love to get a cat or a dog once I move. I love exploring the city and finding new places, but I also love spending time at home relaxing and watching movies.

I work from home primarily at the moment due to COVID and may go in a few days a week once things start opening up, but it's all a little still up in the air. Overall, I would consider myself COVID conscious (I'm fully vaccinated now). I am pretty clean and organized - my room might be a little messy at times, but I will always keep shared spaces very clean.
