I’m XAYERAYX, an MBA Candidate. A private room + private bathroom fully furnished with modern appliances is available in this beautiful 16th-floor unit located at the seawall, available August 1, 2025. You will be sharing the apartment with me person.

This apartment has really nice views of English Bay. It’s on the seawall and 1 min walk to Stanley Park! The place looks unique, is nicely decorated, and has lots of space. We are looking for someone who’s mature and likes a quiet place with a great view in Vancouver.

In the Building, you get a Building Manager, Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, Exercise Room, and a Rooftop Deck. It’s super close to the Sea Wall, shops, parks, restaurants, and lots of things to do. Living in this suite feels like being on vacation!

Terms & Responsibilities

Rent: $2,000/month. Lease: Minimum 6 months lease. Utilities: All utilities (Heating, Hot Water, Electricity, Internet) are extra and will be split 50/50. Parking: One parking space will be available. Rules: Strictly No Pets and No Smoking.
