Enneagram type 1w2 1x1; ENTJ. I work long hours, and study most of my free time, all currently from home. I don’t cook much, prefer simple paleo food. By the time you move in, I will have furniture in the home, and can have your room furnished with a double-size bed. I very rarely have guests over. Usually meet with friends outside of the home. I like social Latin dancing, light hiking, beautiful nature and arts. I like to paint and have a painting studio in the house.
I am looking for a friendly easy going quiet female roommate, good communicator. I hope you and I will have good personal connection, common or complementary interests, have occasional fun social times together and will be able to become friends, rather than just two strangers living in the same home. It is important that we are both Respectful of each other’s privacy. I prefer a person with sober clean health-conscious lifestyle. No smoking, no drugs. No pets, please. The rent will require a background check, good references, an agreement, and deposit of $500. Minimum 3 month.
