My current roommate is moving out and I need someone to hop onto the lease with me. I'm a creative, I take classes at Second City and write often. There are two living room type outside of the bedrooms that are nice sized, a full kitchen, and a shared bathroom. There's pretty consistent street parking, and some bus stops down the block.
