Hi, Patrizia, renting a furnished room, private bathroom an walking closet in my apt in downtown Miami, walking distance to Miami arena and Bayfront Park ( mins to the beach and Brickell next to the metro rail and train station). I've been leaving in the building for 3 years the staff is super friendly and the area is really good, my roommate is leaving in so the room will be able to move in , there's pool, gym, play room available in the building. you can get a parking space for an extra charge and there's also Valet parking service in the building. looking for a clean and tidy person, no drugs or parties (Just one person) deposit is required, preferably female. very friendly, love working out t and travel, if you are interested please send me a . x
