Hi there roomie, I’m Juan! I’m looking for a short-term room for 12 weeks while completing a professional IT training program in the area starting Sept 14th. My schedule is pretty set: out the door before 7 AM and back after 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Since I’ll be focused on work and training, my weeknights are reserved for relaxing and winding down. I value a peaceful, clean home environment and respect everyone's space. I'm 420 friendly, love outdoor activities, and usually head back to my home in Bristol on weekends.I drive a Toyota Tundra, so easy parking is a huge plus. Hoping to find a spot with a private bathroom if possible (budget up to $1,000 for a private bath, or around $500 for a shared setup). I am driving up this Thursday to check out locations and look at rooms in person, as I need to make a final selection this weekend. Let me know if we’d be a good fit!
