Hi, my name is Charles. I'm 67 years old & a single, disabled senior citizen. I do not have credit but I do have excellent references. I'm looking to rent a room or maybe an ADU (accessory dwelling unit), preferably with utilities included & laundry facilities nearby as well as a storage area. I'm on SSI, with an extremely limited income. I can do work such as caregiving (which I have experience in) or yard work, etc to help with the rent. I can pay between $700 - $800 per month. I'm honest, dependable, quiet, very peaceful, & respectful. I hope to find something in the Eagle Rock or Glendale areas as I have lived in Highland Park all my life.
