The home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood and is close to shopping centers, parks, Westgate Entertainment District, State Farm Stadium, and Loop 101, making it a convenient location for work or school. The available bedroom comes furnished with a bed and dresser. You’ll also have your own private bathroom. The rest of the home is fully furnished, and you’ll have access to the kitchen, living room, laundry room, and other shared spaces. Rent is $800 per month, and that includes all utilities (electricity, water, high-speed internet, and use of the washer and dryer).

-Respectful of shared spaces and willing to clean up after themselves
