Available for rent in the desirable town of Miami Lakes, a spacious and beautifully appointed Lakefront townhouse (3/2 with high ceilings and loft space that may be used as a 4th bedroom). Upon entering you're greeted by a bright yellow interior, that makes the space feel awash in sunlight, walking towards the living room the bright yellow wall transitions into reddish orange, the custom painted gradient is like having a sunrise/sunset in your living room. The townhome features a modern U shaped kitchen with Italian cabinetry made by SCIC Italia equipped with stainless steel appliances by general electric, including a new dishwasher. A custom fronted panel element adorns the front of the kitchen, the seemingly floating panel is finished in a mahogany wood veneer and is topped off by a blade shaped stainless steel counter that creates bar stool height seating facing the kitchen. Two bedrooms are located at the front of the house, one of those a built in closet. The new (purchased 10.24) Samsung washer and Dryer are in the hallway closet directly opposite the shared guest bath.
The master bedroom is finished in blue, with built in closets, dimmer controlled lighting, fixtures by Hansgrohe Axor, a stainless steel vanity counter with a surface mounted circular Duravit washbasin. The closet and bathroom are finished in two toned Bisazza mosaic glass throughout. The separate water closet provides privacy, it has open shelving and a light fixture that plays your media on demand. The master also has sliding glass doors that open directly onto the outdoor patio.
The outdoor patio is screened and boasts a jacuzzi, this is the only unit in the Loch Isle community with a jacuzzi, the landscape fronting the lake is tall and thick for privacy, use of the jacuzzi should not be hampered by the thought that a neighbor is watching, soak your troubles away. There is space for a BBQ on the lower deck level, if interested in developing that idea further, the owner is willing to make certain concessions in the form of credits for the leasehold improvement. The lease agreement stipulates that the owner is responsible for the Jacuzzi's monthly service. Taking a few steps to the lower dock the tenant has direct lake access, residents are allowed to canoe, kayak, and swim in the lake - doing so is at the tenants own risk.
Prospective tenants are urged to read and become familiarized with the community's bylaws, covenants, and restrictions, it does sound kind'of scary but they're just general guidelines and rules of conduct.
Note - residents are advised not to feed wildlife.
This unit will not last long. $3,500.00 a month / tenant must pay First, Last, and Security deposit. Serious inquiries only. Unit is available for move in early August. Tenant pays the Association fee of $980 per year. Owner pays for monthly service of the jacuzzi. Owner pays for a landscape trimming service prior to delivery of the unit, owner completely spruces up the unit once the deposits are received and a move in date settled on, once the unit is delivered to the tenant, the tenant is to assume full responsibility for maintaining the grounds, the structure, parking, and common areas, including the landscaping, in good order.
