Hello! I am looking for a room-mate to share my house with; located in the Sterling Ranch Community within minutes of the Powers corridor via Woodmen/Black Forest Rd. I am specifically leasing the upstairs (not including Master Bedroom), consisting of a full loft to include a living room area with a large adjoining space for a desk/work from home situation with ample space for personal items. The space also consists of 2 bedrooms (one has a walk-in closet) a full bath and shared access to the laundry room. The Master Bedroom is masterfully located on the same (top) on the opposite wing of the house providing both parties ample privacy and very little sound interruption. The main level consists of the shared Kitchen and main living area. There is ample storage space in the garage and specific areas within the house.
The to-be leased space is somewhat furnished, (refer to video and pics) however; items can be removed according to each individuals needs/wants. I would prefer the couch to remain if possible. I am not opposed to a mid-size refrigerator in the leased space; there is a cart (see video, pics) that can be used for a microwave and coffee-Keurig which is available if desired.
I am very active and in and out consistently, but respectful and aware of others needs. I'm seeking a low-drama, peaceful, clean, and respectful person. I am very open-minded and flexible. Please reach out to me for any questions. All utilities and Internet inclusive in price.

I know I will be asked about pets; this will have to be addressed on a case-by-case basis, but would only consider a small dog.
