I live on the west-side of Toronto in little Italy, right by trinity bellwoods park. 1-2 minute walk to the 505 streetcar. I live in the basement of a house that was fully renovated in May of this year, with all new appliances(including a washer and dryer). It is a very small place(you would need a twin sized bed), but the location, and the price are amazing. I'm 24f, I work 2 jobs, and love doing activities with my friends, so I'm out most of the time. So, I'm looking for someone chill and trustworthy to live with. Move in date to be the first of March or April, but I'm flexible. I'm not worried about finding a roommate, but I want to find the right roommate. We can be friends, or we can just be splitting the rent, I just need someone nice, self-aware and financially stable.
