Large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located in trendy South Granville area, one block from vibing cafes and boutique shops and transport.
Bright living room with open windows and ample natural light, with gorgeous view of mountain and few surrounding apartments.
The building is fairly old and while everything is functional, aesthetically apartment is outdated. Secure complex with electronic key access. We have a sunroom for guests to stay, as well as storage in the apartment itself.
The room for rent is large with carpet and own en-suite, unfurnished.
There is a car spot if you have a car. Neighbours are lovely.
Please only apply if you’re within the ages 20-35 as looking for someone to share with long term. Open to couples but prefer just one person.
