Hey there! I'm a 28-year-old guy with a well-behaved French Bulldog, and I'm looking for a roommate to share a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment at Verraso Apartments in Sunrise Manor (3055 S Nellis near E Vegas Valley). I just moved in and love the apartment and location.

Don’t let the eastside location fool you — it’s actually one of the best values around. The complex and neighborhood is safe, quiet, and well-connected, so you get peace of mind without paying sky-high rent. You’ll be close enough to everything you need (groceries, gyms, restaurants, and easy transit access), but without the noise and price tag of trendier spots.

This apartment gives you a great balance: affordable rent, a safe and comfortable home, and a location that makes your money go further.

About the Apartment:
- 2-bedroom unit with two equally large bedrooms
- You’ll have your own private bathroom and a large walk-in closet
- Your room is unfurnished, ready for you to make it your own
- Living room is minimally furnished (couch, coffee table, bar stools)
- Kitchen has all appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal) and I’ve already stocked it with essentials: dishes, pots, silverware, etc.
- Complex offers Gym, Swimming Pool & Spa
- One covered parking spot assigned to unit, other open spots within the complex
- Ideally located near shops, restaurants, and everyday conveniences – easy access to everything you need

Costs:
- Your share of the rent is $650 + 1/2 of the utilities. Total is approx $850/mo .
- If you have a pet, Verraso charges a $350 one-time pet fee, plus $35/month in pet rent
- Verraso requires renters’ insurance, but I’ve already covered it for the year—no cost to you

What I’m Looking For:
- Male, 25-38 years old
- Must have a stable source of income and be screened by Verraso before added to lease
- Clean and respectful of shared spaces- Dog-friendly a must. Do you have a pet? Lease allows 1 more cat or dog (under 50 lbs)
- Ideally, someone who is easygoing, responsible, and enjoys a relaxed home environment but doesn't mind having occasional friends over
