2 Girls Looking for a Third Roommate!

Hi everyone! My roommate and I are looking for a roommate to renew our lease with starting August 1st, 2025. Our apartment is a 3 bedroom 1 bath and is $1087 a month. We are located in Ridgewood, Queens, 10 minutes from the Jefferson L stop. We get the benefits of living in a safe residential area and within walking distance of Bushwick. We live across the street from a gym and near several grocery stores, cafes, bars, and clubs.
Several bus stops are within a 5 minute walk, like the B38, B57, and the Q54. We also have two 1 year old kittens, Usul and Alia.

Requirements:
• Female identifying
• Valid ID
• Proof of Income (either 2 most recent pay stubs or tax return from 2024)
• Record of last 6 months rent payment
• Landlord reference letter
• Comfortable with cats, no other pets!
