Hi there. I’m looking to rent out a spare bedroom. I live in a nice home with 4 bedrooms and it’s just me. I do have 2 kitties but slight OCD so cleanliness is a MUST. I keep my home tidy and hope to find someone that’ll do the same and pick up after themselves. Social drinker, no smoking, no drugs. I like to keep my home safe and peaceful so I don’t have many people over. Weeks ends I'm out and about enjoying the outdoors, weekdays its pretty standard work, gym, sleep. I love to cook so I have a fully stocked kitchen if needed. The community it gated, security cameras outside the home, WiFi throughout, bills included. Bedroom is private with private bath. 10 minutes from Galleria, 17 from Downtown Houston. Nestled at 610 /290 intersection.
